Operation Tiny Home is committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethics, transparency, and accountability in all aspects of our work. We encourage employees, volunteers, donors, contractors, and other stakeholders to report any concerns regarding misconduct, financial mismanagement, fraud, or violations of laws and policies without fear of retaliation.

What to Report

Whistleblower reports may include, but are not limited to:

  • Fraud, financial impropriety, or misuse of funds

  • Conflicts of interest

  • Discrimination, harassment, or workplace misconduct

  • Violations of nonprofit regulations or laws

  • Unsafe working conditions

  • Other unethical behavior that could harm the integrity of Operation Tiny Home

How to Report a Concern

Anyone with knowledge of or a reasonable concern regarding unethical or unlawful behavior is encouraged to report it through one of the following confidential channels. Reports can be submitted anonymously. However, providing contact information allows us to follow up for further details if necessary.

Confidentiality & Non-Retaliation Policy

All reports will be treated with strict confidentiality to the fullest extent possible. Operation Tiny Home prohibits retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, reports concerns or participates in an investigation. Retaliation includes threats, harassment, demotion, or any adverse action taken against the whistleblower. Any person found to have engaged in retaliation will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

Investigation & Resolution

The appropriate leadership team or board committee will promptly review each report. If necessary, an independent investigation will be conducted to address the concern. Operation Tiny Home is committed to taking appropriate corrective action based on the findings of any investigation.
